Polish Navy in the photograph from the collection of the District Museum in Torun - B. Uziembło

The publication presents part of the collection of the District Museum in Torun related to the history of the Torun garrison, in which all types of Polish Army of the Second Polish Republic were stationed.

In the publication, the majority of photographs come from the collection of Wieńczysława Doński - a military doctor, who is also the author of most of them. The catalogue contains 204 archival photographs, with descriptions of events and situations shown on them, names and military degrees of identified persons, as well as quotations from the press and documents as well as source footnotes.
