Works of gunsmith art from Polish collections - Aleksandra Mierzejewska

This beautifully published, hard-bound catalogue is the work of several authors and accompanies the exhibition of the same title. The publication is opened by the text of Antoni Romuald Chodyński, discussing firearms in terms of a piece of decorative art. In the catalogue section more than 90 objects were collected and described, along with pictures including details and decorations. At the end, there is a very practical terminological dictionary of techniques and decorative motifs.
